No Rain Mod - minimal dampness no rain

my first mod lowers rain drops to 1 drop per rain sheet (usually 6000) ONLY VISUALLY STOPS THE RAIN track is still wet combine with my wet inter increased grip mod for easy rain mode i have tested in driver career mode believe it works in career mode too but not tested cannot be used in multiplayer
Install by unzipping contents and copy paste in games directory

open the erp u want to alter click on xml tab select xml and export it using tabs at top once exported use notepad to alter data save the alterations then import back to the erp and save it
