A message to all Drivers

If you run off track, you have to check and see that its clear before you re-enter the track. Do not just keep the gas pinned and pull back on track.
When entering the track from the pits stay off the racing line until you are up to speed and do not race on your out lap. Let other drivers by in qualifying.
On re-entering the track stay off the racing line until you are up to race speed and do not block any fast approaching car. Remember, you've made the mistake by going off so let them by cleanly.

Golden Rule
  1. Be 100% sure it's not your fault and just carry on like nothing happened and take the risk of being banned for 30 days.
  2. Play on the safe side and wait for the affected drivers, knowing 100% sure you will not get a ban.
Track limits
  1. No more than 2 wheels over the white/yellow line without a complete lift of the gas please if it is safe to do so.
You will be penalized if you break our rules
Note: Please use your full real name in teamspeak. Not doing so may result in you being kicked from the server if an admin cannot identify you as a premium member.

Hope you have a wheel sorted for tomorrow mate. :)

I hope so too!

@Ole Marius Myrvold do you know if a paint template is available for this car ?

Not that I found. There is nothing in the thread on the studio forums, and nothing on Steam. I know @DAZZERX and @soramame spend a lot of time making the cars and liveries correct. So it might be that they don't feel like having weirdos like me creating far from period-correct liveries for the time being.

If there is a template however, I already have the model ready to go! :)

In please Denis, thanks.
Btw what happened to the Lola maybe next week at the new version of Road America ...;)
I'm with you mate, the Lola was super fun around there. I think with the low numbers atm, anything that discourages participation (several people said they thought it would be too difficult for a club race) is off limits for the time being. :(

Sign me up lease, a true no brainer combo this is!!

Thanks mate. I felt that because the Lola would have been so much fun :(, the replacement car was gonna need to be really good. So I had a think and tried the Skyline. I was talking to Ole on TS and did around 2 corners before I was bouncing up and down in my rig, shouting about what a great combo this would be. :D
I hope you guys will like it as much as I do. :)

Hope you have a wheel sorted for tomorrow mate. :)

So, this was my wheel when we finished the Datsun-race. Note how the steering wheel in-game is basically straight, while my wheel is not. It went from normal, to that in the last 5 laps...

At 13:15 Friday, local time, this was delivered to me.

However. I decided to do like Henning Solberg did to fix his rally car once. He took the important part and knock it hard. He used a rock, I used my fist on my G27.
And I did the Friday club race with my G27... It worked after knocking it a bit...

So now I have 2 wheels :)

Do you prefer licensed hardware?

  • Yes for me it is vital

  • Yes, but only if it's a manufacturer I like

  • Yes, but only if the price is right

  • No, a generic wheel is fine

  • No, I would be ok with a replica
