New tyre wall Colour mod - changes only colour of tyre wall

This mod changes tyre wall colours

• Red (Supersoft) to Magenta
• Yellow (soft) to Red
• White (medium) to yellow
• Orange (Hard to white

Mod is custom imitation for 2016
Tyres in are menu in old colours but not during the race
