New AI for Nashville Superspeedway - Faster, safer

This AI update creates faster and safer AI racing for aa_nashville_superspeedway. Fast_lane and ai_hints improves AI speed, a new pit_lane file makes pit in actions safer (this is the biggest issue with oval AI in Assetto Corsa) and new sidelines prevents AI from driving down on the apron.

Tested with the VRC NA 2021 with aggression at 50%.
