Pit lane for Iowa Speedway - Updated pit lane AI for Iowa Speedway

Updated pit lane AI for Iowa Speedway (aa_iowa, version 1.2) by 13x. I was having issues with cars teleporting into the pits and frequently crashing. This isn't perfect, but was tested by doing two extensive races (150+ laps) and only two cars were lost.

Could you possibly fix the ai on 13x's other maps? For example his Chicagoland one?

Completely redone

Completely redone lines+sidelines. Tested with the VRC NA 2021 at 50% aggression, which yielded only a few retirements in a 100+ lap race with multiple pit stops.
