New AI fastlane for France 1992 – (Magny-Cours) - Faster and clean AI fastlane for France 1992 (Magny-Cours)

These files have to be used for the France 1992 track from ASR and Shin956.

For this track, the main challenge was to make the AI as fast as possible through the quick chicanes without going off the track. The second challenge was to avoid collisions in these chicanes during overtakes. The boundaries help a lot to decrease these collisions but they still exist for some mods.
