New AI fastlane for Barcelona 1992 - Faster and safe AI fastlane for Barcelona 1992 circuit

13th track of my work on the 1992 F1 circuits serie. Find the 12th track here (Hockenheim).

These files have to be used for the 1992 Barcelona circuit from ASR and Shin956.

The original Fastlane is already competitive and safe. The new one I propose here is a little bit faster and the pit lane was modified to stay on the right side of the straight line.
