New AI data for Le Mans 1982 - Hints file only for: le_mans_82

What:
As requested, a new ai_hints file for Le Mans 1982.
(the fast_lane is good).
Some cars suffer from the same unfortunate combination of a high top speed and bad brakes as seen in Le Mans 1967. The hint file makes all cars - sort of - 'lift 'n coast' at the end of Mulsanne.

Installation:
Unfortunately one can' t drag and drop this into CM so: Copy the ai_hints file into the folder(s):
- tracks\le_mans_82\lmstart\data
- tracks\le_mans_82\regular\data...
