They were never going to use the rF2 graphics engine (thank lord), just the physics engine.Just watched the latest dev diary the team have done and Nascar 21 isnt running on the rF2 engine like everyone thought it would. Its actually running on the Unreal Engine
They are basically doing what Kunos did with ACC. Unreal for graphics, and an in-house physics engine for the driving.Just watched the latest dev diary the team have done and Nascar 21 isnt running on the rF2 engine like everyone thought it would. Its actually running on the Unreal Engine
Just hope they manage to optimise it wellThey are basically doing what Kunos did with ACC. Unreal for graphics, and an in-house physics engine for the driving.
I don't think they'll be able to. The minimum requirements are pretty high and in NASCAR you have big grids so expect very high cpu usage and decently high GPU usageJust hope they manage to optimise it well
They also bought Black Delta who managed to release a game (KartKraft) that runs quite well on UE4.I don't think they'll be able to. The minimum requirements are pretty high and in NASCAR you have big grids so expect very high cpu usage and decently high GPU usage
I don't know man. The system requirements on the steam page are quite high. I dont think this game will run well unless you have a really good PCThey also bought Black Delta who managed to release a game (KartKraft) that runs quite well on UE4.
Well I have both and on my systems it runs better than ACC, especially in VR. Of course, it won't run well on a 5-year old machine.I don't know man. The system requirements on the steam page are quite high. I dont think this game will run well unless you have a really good PC
Yeah I have ACC too and it runs great but ACC and KartKraft both have low system requirements on the steam page. This game has high system requirementsWell I have both and on my systems it runs better than ACC, especially in VR. Of course, it won't run well on a 5-year old machine.
