A message to all Drivers

If you run off track, you must check to see that its clear before you re enter the track. Always try to re-enter the track parallel to the racing line. Stay off the racing line until you are up to race speed and do not block any fast approaching car.

When joining the track from the pits, remain inside the white line and stay off the racing line until you are up to speed.

During qualification, do not race on your out lap, let other drivers by.

Golden Rule
  1. If you hit somebody, sending them off the track and carry on like nothing happened, you take the risk of being banned for 30 days.
  2. Instead, you should always wait for the affected drivers, and that way you can be 100% sure you will not get a ban.
Track limits
  1. You will get 2 warnings before a 5 second penalty for exceeding track limits to your advantage. Any warnings/penalties are displayed in the chat window at the end of each lap.

I like to sign up but I'm completely torn which car to choose. Can someone just advise me which one to take and why?

Yes absolutely! Since I only have the official training available on Sunday evening this time and therefore don't have time for big setup experiments, take the Porsche and please make your setup available. This way I can see if it's the car or me (probably me) and you may have opponents for a short time. Possibly...

Agreed? :)

Ok, I enjoyed my first hot lapping session very much.

I instantly felt best with the Donington setup. Only adjusting pressures and for the first time reducing brake pressure from 100 to 95 to have a better feeling for trail braking.

I tryed a few things in different direction but nothing made it faster, so this would be my qualy setup to go for. So if I had any more time, I'd spend it enjoying hot lapping and getting more and more used to combo...

That seems appropriate. The grids have bit smaller recently. Do you guys think adding a LMP 900 class attract a few more drivers?

Not sure Rob. Weekend racing in July and August is a bit hit and miss with folks taking holidays/weekend breaks away.
I'd like to get some multiclass going soon though. Maybe the week after when September comes around.

Zandvoort is really a tough ride in this car. I changed something in the setup, which made it easier for me and meant I could keep the car on the road better. I think this gave me a better lap time. But I will contrast it again.

For those who want to try it:
