Hello guys,

I'm sharing my diy racing seat F1 all made of Steel.
I was searching a lot on the internet about diy seats and so far nothing, i couldn't find any post about it or video, doing support for pedals, wheel, seat, measeruments, etc.
So its not completed but i will be updating the post, im working almost all days, 2/3 hours per day, and its being greatfull. i will upload here a winrar fille with all the photos and progress until now.
I dont know the measurements, because i was doing it by my body size and about the seat (alphagamer) i cut it and changed it until i got confortable, but if someone wants it i can give it to you.
Sorry for my english and i hope i can help someone doing the same, that giving 1200$ for a playseat F1.

As i cant get all the photos here i will post the most important ones and leave a download link (we Transfer) with all the photos about the progress and help the people know (most difficult part) how i did the pedal base with foward movement and inclination and the wheel base, with foward, inclination and height movement WITHOUT ANY backlash or gaps or movements in the steel. Leave your comments guys. as i said, im here to help.

Do you prefer licensed hardware?

  • Yes for me it is vital

  • Yes, but only if it's a manufacturer I like

  • Yes, but only if the price is right

  • No, a generic wheel is fine

  • No, I would be ok with a replica
