Multiplayer race (in my server) back to practice mode when racered lights go off

Greetings!

I have an online server up and running in AC but I am facing a small issue. I am hosting Practice/Qual/Race sessions.

If i start a testing RACE on my server (with only 1 car driver: me), when red start lights go off, i immediately cycle back to practice mode.

Is this a bug or is this normal because i m trying to race alone?
