MOZA update

Might want to hold on the latest firmware for the Moza R9 base with CS wheel.
I installed it and had to roll back due to loss of paddle shifter actuation.
All was restored after downloading the off-line installer and rolling it back.
It was v 1.2.1.3 on wheel and V 1.2.0.81 on base.

Hi Terry,

Any change you still have the offline installers with you? I'm having an issue with my base after upgrading firmware. When I set the degrees of wheel to 360 I can only get up to 180.
