Moza R9 w/ Ras1ution - PS4 (problems - Help!)

I've just got a Moza R9 with Moza CS wheel and Fanatec v3 pedals. I plugged the R9 base and pedals into my Ras1ution converter (red version) and it won't work. The PS4 won't read the wheel.

I'm not sure what to do. I've updated all firmwares already... on the R9, CS and Ras1ution.
