Moza R9 - FFB for a new DD user

I just asked on the Moza Discord and one of the admins confirmed that the auto lock/rotation things works like everything else. There is no specific setting for it, it just does has it.
That is good as the rest of the package seems great. But it is very odd--because you would need a way to turn it off. And, the manual setting of degrees of rotation as we see in the control panel settings would be meaningless if they are over-ridden by a hidden automatic control.

MOZA might want to do themselves a favour and explain this somewhere and like all other manufacturers put a simple notation in the control panel screens that illustrates that the game is controlling the lock setting...or clarify it is an on-wheel/firmware setting (like Fanatec) that means the control panel setting then acts as a maximum lock.

Moza is on Twitter, Facebook and Discord. Links are on the Moza website.

I'm sure you can get the specific answers you're looking for from one of those sources better than I can provide but I will say I've had my R9 & GS since May and I really love it!

I’m a month in on my “3-7 day order processing & in-stock” order I placed with Moza. I have been staring at all products for the past week with the exception of the mount which miraculously went out of stock. The only way I have gotten any answers is by emailing them and then waiting 48hrs at best for some half ass response that leaves me with more questions than answers. The customer service has continued to be suspect at best. I will say it again, I hope the product works as good as it looks because if I have to deal with customer service anymore I’m going to lose my mind. I also realize this tends to be the standard for this entire industry but I can tell you that Heusinkveld has been amazing.

Moza is not proactive and their order processing is inferior to most companies I have purchased from this year and I have purchased a ton.

Reviving an old thread. Joey, did you finally get it figured out? I saw this post when I was searching for some Moza Pit House settings for my new Moza R9 and FSR wheel, plus iRacing settings. I've been experiencing clipping and after reading here, I need to turn up FFS to 100% in Pit House and adjust the settings in iRacing accordingly. So far after a month, the Moza R9 base, wheel and pedals have worked great except for the clipping, which is my fault.
