[PROBLEM SOLVED]
Its solved either by updating AMD Chipset driver or running Content Manager as administrator.

I reinstalled Windows 3 days ago. I had no problems with the game since today. When I drive, my steering senstivity increases up to maximum, which leads me to steer far left or right. I tried everything I found on the internet.
Note: I use Zowie FK2 as mouse. I cant lower the pole rate since the lowering pole rate button combinations doesnt work somehow. Also tried changing USB ports
