Moto2 Catalunya Caixa ( replaces custom rider Marc VDS - motogp 20, moto2, marc vds

This skin has been requested by DICyc,

Catalunya Caixa moto2 skin, will replace the custom rider Marc VDS skin.

Only Alpinestar suite is been skinned ( Dainese is not changed )

Known issues:

1. Fernandez his rims are orange aswell, can't seperate them it's or fernandez and custom rider with oragne rims or none. And in my opinion the rims has to be orange like back in the days when Marc Marquez drove for this team )

2. When its raining the front logo's ( repsol ) can be blurry, i can't...
