Plugins MOP - Modern Optimization Plugin

I am having trouble downloading the rules. the problem is that I am browsing through a proxy server and I am having trouble downloading content directly from the game like updates or the like. question is there a way to manually download the rules for each mod? or be able to configure a proxy to the mod?

Note: Expect items to fall through vehicles, if you're using some kind of teleportation mod, or NoClip. There's nothing I can do about it.

I'm having problems with a bug (im not 100% sure if it appears because of this mod, but i first saw it when i updated it). The attachment point of the trailer is underground and cant be attached to the tractor. I can't deliver the firewood to the firewood guy! Help please (Sorry for my bad english)

Nevermind, It was not the mod, I've fixed it

This mod is really great. But it would be even greater if you could choose which stuff that should be unloaded or not. Becuse i have the mod enable appartment and when i drive away from there it unloads and all my stuff falls trough the ground in the appartment. Same with the NewHouse Mod.

I won't such a thing. The idea behind MOP is to have the least settings possible, because the more different variables come into equation, the more different things to debug. So absolutely no.
