Monza Crowd Flags - Changes the generic crowd flags/banners with new versions relevant to Monza

Just a bit of fun.

I have changed the crowd flags/banners to better reflect the race is at Monza, Italy. Ferrari and Italian flags are many along with a couple of individual drivers, Max & Kimi.

Did not add this to the Heineken mod as many may not like these changes.

As usual please back up your original files before adding this to your game.
