Montreal formula E track available somewhere for rfactor 1?

Hello, just a question for formula E tracks for rfactor 1. Does anybody has a link or the copy for the ill-fated Montreal formula E race? I know there is one for rfactor2 but just wondering if anyone did it for rfactor 1. Also, although it has been cancelled this year, does anyone has done the vancouver formula E track for either rfactor 1 or rfactor 2? thanks in advance for your response.
