Monaco but RUINED - Absolutely undriveable version of Monaco

This time me (Zooming Past) and Mr V from Mr V's Garage have decided to make Monaco worse, since all the YouTubers are trying to always make it better.

The track has a limit of 20 cars, with "working" AI, though they usually ram the bollards on the main straight, or get confused on the double hairpin. If that doesn't get them, then they just fly off the bump jump.
