Mid-Ohio AI - New AI, track limits and AI hints for Mid-Ohio

Hi there,
with the new AI improvements by Kunos it is now more fun to race against the AI if you don't have time to race online. So I decided to improve the fastlane, pitlane and track limits for Mid-Ohio. I also added some AI hints.

Openwheelers might still have problems here because of the curbs (especially in the chicane). I have not tried that for now, but I'll check that next time and perhaps release a version where some kurbs are excluded of the track limits.

Litte hotfix

Just tried the URD Formula Lights and they were too fast at one corner so I changed the AI hint for that corner. Now they're doing good.
