In wich map do I put the folder?

all you need is paste the folders asset groups and f1 2016 vehicle package into the f1 2016 folder

But I get a .rar file, do I need to delete something out of the exsisting folder or do I delete everything in that folder and then put it in?

This mod doesn't work. It makes my game crash each time a game session starts. And yes, I knoiw how to install a mod.
