Menu Graphic glitch?

As you can see below I have this problem. Did it affect also someone else?

I reinstalled the game, checked the integrity of the files and nothing changed.

Try sweetfx setting of Default or Original.

I get similar blobs (blue primarily) on my 980ti, but only in windowed mode. This does not happen in full screen mode (which I find runs smoother anyway).

Something like that happens to me in the replay menu.

I also use window mode.
