McRae Australia 2005 - 2005 Rally Australia Skoda livery

I have updated the McRae livery used during the 2005 Australia Rally.
Two versions available: one with the rally sponsor plates,the other with the game sponsor plates.

-update of green and gray metallic paints.
-Shell sponsor yellow update.
- added missing sponsors.
- updated windshield.
- added reflective windows.
-added co-pilot Nicky Grist's name
- updated license plates.
- added crew to car selection screen.
