McLaren 720s GT3 - Inception Inspired

Never attempted an AMS2 skin before only ACC skins, thinking it would be pretty much the same, well that was my 1st mistake ! I have managed to skin a McLaren but how the hell you get it in the game the pukka way is up to far cleverer guys than me, I know my way I just cut out a a skin and preview and rename mine then insert them, it works for me anyway it passed away a day for me somebody,somewhere might like it and get it to work

You really need to change the name of the Folder inside the .rar file to McLaren 720s not McLaren 570s, like it is at the moment. Then unpack that folder into your X:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Automobilista 2 Beta\Vehicles\Textures\CustomLiveries\Overrides\mclaren_720s_gt3_evo\ Folder. Then, put this .txt file into the same folder. Change the extension from .txt to .xml. This should get it to show up in game. Good luck.

Thank you for your mail and pointing out I labeled the zip incorrectly, as for the Egyptian hieroglyphics I am from a distant past before computers were invented, in fact before colour TV was invented, seriously I kid you not !
I have had many a happy hour tearing what's left of my hair out painting ACC cars but fancied a change, but not this much of a change !!
But as you were kind enough to provide my next Mission Impossible I will persevere and see if I can ( to me ) conquer the unconquerable

It makes it hard if you don't understand computers all that well. The only reason that the .txt is not already a .xml is that Racedepartment won't allow them to be uploaded, so it just means one more step. Believe it or not, it is a very simple process to do. You will get it. Think positive. Happy New Year to you too.
