my rendition of the 720 evo livery

"Optimum Motorsport’s McLaren 60th anniversary inspired @24HoursofSpa
livery, is an ode to the team’s rich history of racing - of course adding a ‘Red Zebra’ touch too."

i created this as i like the design and wanted to try to acheve an accurate rendition with deep chrome effect.

Not Running

extract the zipped file into
steamapps\common\Automobilista 2\Vehicles\Textures\CustomLiveries\Overrides\mclaren_720s_gt3_evo

folder in zip file called OPTIMUM
inside it you will find 4 files 3 x DDS and 1 x XMl
open the mclaren_720s_gt3_evo_OPTIMUM.xml via right click edit
and add the content to your existing XML
or use the one provided if you dont have any mods already in the 720 GT3 evo folder

remove the _OPTIMUM from the end of the XML title

you can the delete the xml from the OPTIMUM folder

preview/body/body_fresnal shoudl be kept and stay in the optimum folder

Thanks for comment, I currently only do AMS2 skins. I’m sure someone else will or has already do it on ACC.

i was testing to see if i can generate my own number plates and not just the default
00 ones
the issue is they seem to be fixed to one position ie there isnt a template to help define a location other than default. So you cannot define a new position other than default
BUT i must admit it looks crazy all the logos light up and red strip " does it with default and mine
might be an annomily of using chrome base EVERYTHING other than the body glows its like a scene out of tron

but if you like the effect which is quite unrealat night then i can adjust
put a few screen shots for all to see taken at bathhurst night time race.
