Welcome to the RD Racing Club. This Wednesday we are going to Wisconsin with the Mazda MX5Cup at Road America in Assetto Corsa and you are invited to join! It's going to be a relaxed event after the GT3 and Group C races. Enjoy the fast corners with the wind in your hair and go flat out where you can't with the GT3 next Sunday.

Especially the new and inexperienced drivers are recommended to participate. The MX5 is easy to drive and ideal to let you focus and learn to optimize racing lines and cornering speed.

THE GT3 EVENT ON SUNDAY WILL ALSO TAKE PLACE HERE!

By joining here you can learn the racelines, overtake spots and even the brakepoints in a car that's less demanding than the GT3's and have a lot of fun at the same time.

A message to all Drivers,

If you run off track, you have to check to see that its clear before you re enter the track. Do not just keep the gas pinned and pull back on track.

When entering the track from the pits, stay off the racing line until you are up to speed. Do not race on your out lap, let other drivers by. On re-entering the track stay off the racing line until you are up to race speed and do not block any fast approaching car.

Golden Rule
  1. If you hit somebody off the track and carry on like nothing happened, you take the risk of being banned for 30 days.
  2. Instead, you should always wait for the affected drivers, and that way you can be 100% sure you will not get a ban.
Track limits
  1. No more than 2 wheels over the white/yellow line without a lift of the gas please.
You will be penalized if you break our rules
Note: Please use your full real name in Discord. Not doing so may result in you being kicked from the server if an admin cannot identify you as a premium

A very well picked track. Everyone who is thinking about doing his first Group C race, should consider taking part here, as we will head to Road America in one of the next Group C events as well  It's a great track for nearly all kinds of cars.

Hey guys excuse me is the time of the race correct? Will the race start at 22.40 in central europe time or is it a mistake due to daylight saving time?
Thanks

I have been able to practice just half an hour yesterday in order not to join the quali without even have driven (I had quite a tough weekend and could just try to know the track by playing Forza and a controller on Sunday evening) and I must say this isn't the detestable track I always thought.
Maybe it was due to using the controller in the past on the XBox, and of course even with a wheel corners 5 and 14 remain tricky ones, but I got to appreciate it

Hey @HF2000 hoping to make this one, this time I will remember to sign up before the event starts if I can make it! I saw a lot of free slots so was considering registering anyway but as you appear not to have the option to withdraw once signed up I don't wish to risk registering a no show/DNF on the site.

You can definitely withdraw, I made it in another event where I was the only one left. I'll check and let you know how, if you want

If you click on the event, you then have the option to cancel the registration:

If you don't mind seeing a DNF in your stats, you can register anyhow. We don't sanction no showing up yet as long as you don't prevent others to join.
