Massive FPS drops On a RTX 3060 Legion 5 Laptop

Hey guys! So I have a Legion 5 laptop:
Nvdia 3060 RTX Graphic card
AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
16GB RAM

And the problem is that when I play online, I experience massive fps drops from like 120-140 to 45-60, what's causing this? I tried reducing the settings and stuff, maxing stuff on Nvidia's control panel and so on, but I can't seem to find the right thing... The laptop itself is strong I think and it should be able to monitor everything without any problems, I have a 1TB ssd, where assetto corsa is also stored.

Has anyone experienced this and maybe found a solution to fix this?? Would really appreciate any help...

Just want to make sure that it's "fps drops" and not network lag...
So does your whole game screen stutter? Or just the cars of other people?
If it's just that the cars of other drivers jump around, then it's a network issue. In that case, use ethernet instead of wlan, and also make sure that the server you're connecting to has a low ping to you.

If it's the whole screen stuttering, then I have no idea.

Have you monitored your temps while playing?

It seems "common knowledge" that laptops have way more cooling problems than desktops, so maybe the CPU/GPU are thermo throtteling?
