Referring to my post above, something has changed in Paypal's Instant Top Up with some new security feature which I can't get around of, and I had to go for the slower option which is regular bank transfer. It's gonna take 1-3 banking days so unfortunately I won't be able upgrade to Premium in time because of this -> sign me out of this one.
