• Book your slots in time from 19:00 PDT which leaves you with a 60 minute time frame to book your slots on the servers. If you can't book in time make sure to sign out before 18:00 GMT so your spot can go to somebody else.
• Passwords are sent via private message on the forums before the booking starts
• When You Enter A Passworded RACEDEPARTMENT.COM SERVER YOUR PROFILE NAME IN ASSETTO CORSA HAS TO MATCH YOUR REAL NAME YOU USED TO GET YOUR LICENCE. And only your real name no letters or numbers added please. there are no exception to this rule. If you are having problems with this, contact a member of staff before the event has started.

Our racing clubs are foremost meant to gain online experience so please help other drivers out when they have questions about the event, the car, the track, the setup or a combination. This is not a league race, it's not about who wins, it's for some fun, so please join us on TeamSpeak and build a little community spirit! The more fun we make it, the more inclined people will be to join in and make the grids bigger.

@Saleem Hodge I have been meaning to ask, according to the gmt time being 2AM Friday that would mean booking is 9pm thursday night for me? Or is this intended to be Friday night?

@Ryan Ogurek It's meant for Friday night. It's been a little confusing for me to get The times setup correctly. In the title I put Friday and then eastern and pacific times. I'll check the calendar and see if it's screwed up on there.

I am going to try to make it. I have a friend graduation I need to attend, but it's earlier in the day. I am going to try to develop some sort of "magic illness" so I can get back home and race with you guys, but it's going to be hard.

BTW, I am happy to see weekdays US races again. Too bad that each time we hold them half of us don't realize they are available and the US contingent doesn't show up.
Let's keep this going with a limited schedule for long enough to attract a core of racers.

I know it isn't the most confidence inspiring but seeing that it is Friday, many people myself included don't know what may pop up and don't want to commit only to find that I have to go do something else.

At the moment my wife isn't feeling good so I might be able to join in. Count me in as a soft yes. I know Ryan is out.
