Hi, please can you tell me where I got this from? I’m getting pissed off with this now, I’m still learning with these skins and in photoshop. I’m spending the time that I have little of enjoying these skins. I haven’t copied or paste anything from you. Yesterday I sat down for many hours trying this Logan skin and with all advice with measurements and resolution etc, I think I did pretty well. I haven’t used the work from you to copy and paste. I told one of the members that I use templates from I racing and Rfactor to see where they measure up and make sure it’s lining the car up properly.
I haven’t copied anything at all. Why are you getting on my back? I could understand if I was ripping the skin and then saying it’s my work, but when I’m actually not doing that and learning as I’m going it’s a bit annoying.
As far as I know nobody has done this skin for Logan with the Dunlop series, I couldn’t find anything on the net! So please tell me where I copied it from.

Hi, sorry to bother you but I’m having a little trouble on RD with the skins I’m doing for AC.
Last few days I’ve had a few people commenting on the skins that I’m painting, saying it’s shoddy and cut and paste from you and Iracing.
I’ve explained that I find templates from either Rfactor 2 or from yourself so that I can look on one screen whilst I’m working in photoshop with the skin I’m painting.
It’s easier for me to see where abouts on the skin I need to paint or put lines etc. I don’t copy or paste from the templates at all. I use as many real pictures from YouTube and the drivers Facebook pages. I arrange cars with folders like Downloaded sponsors, cars pics, and final sponsors that I’ve resized and sometimes create myself.
The teams have been pretty good with sending me sponsors that I haven’t found at good resolution and recently the v8 teams have been good at sending me with permission the indigenous design patterns.
I really don’t know what I’m doing wrong to some people. I’m spending 6-7 hours at a time on skins and the coffee skin took nearly 3 hours just for the back pattern!
I’m not the best at this but I’m bloody trying my best to improve them, enyoing what I’m doing and especially when I was completely useless at it! I’ve learnt a lot the last year and really do enjoy doing the Aus cars. I understand people getting things wrong but this is not on. If I’ve done something wrong then yes, but I haven’t stolen or cut etc.
People are happy with what I’m doing but constantly people on my back when it’s not true is putting a downer on things.
But like I said if was to use other people’s work I would ask.
Last year I was thinking of doing the PCC Australia 2022 season and a guy from Rfactor 2 released them and thought Ac doesn’t have them all and I will try at skinning. So I emailed him and asked if I could use his Rfactor 2 skins and do a pack for Ac, he said yeah sure and explained how to get the skins dds files and then download them. He was happy and no problems at all.
So yeah I know how to ask and do things properly.
