LMP3 style dash for Simhub - A dash for LMP3 cars

The dash is inspired by LMP3. It is not 100% accurate but the theme is close to the real one.

Each LED can be adjusted in edit mode form 1% to 100%.

Partial display for pitlimiter mode, Engine off, and Last and Best time when you cross the record line.
