Three more things I like about Legion's 962. 1. It handles the kerbs really well; that is, they don't jostle you off your line of march. 2. It's faster than the other 962s I've driven (isn't faster always better?). 3. It seems to combine the best features of the 962 Shorttail and the 962 Longtail. This setup is little changed from my Riverside setup. I've touched up the gears and aero a bit and added a whiff of asymmetry. Ten-lap race setup.
N.B. One more thing: unlike most turbos, it doesn't seem to mind being driven all day at max boost, so that's what I figured for the gearing and the fuel consumption (which is fierce!). If you want to be conservative, take about a gallon out of the gas tank and just cruise at 90%.
