Glare effects do not work in LCS in the S K Y G T SPEC II PP Filter. But glare works in the original Pure Filter. I installed the latest version of csp 0.2.5 preview 1, Pure 2.0 hotfix 1. HDR off.
SOLVED. You need to delete the Assetto Corsa in Documents folder, this will reset absolutely all settings to default. It worked, Glare effects finally appeared.
