Codemasters as encrypted some cars and we could not load skins.
Lancia 037 is one of those cars, so i exported it from Dirt 4 to Lancia Delta S4 GrB.
Backup file lds.nefs from directory cars.
Replace lds.
In the game select skin 1 of Lancia Delta S4 Grb.

I also export this skins from Dirt Rally.
