Keyboard won't work if XB1 controller turned on

Anyone had this issue? If my wireless XB1 controller is on then the keyboard stops working. Worked 2 days ago fine but can't get it working now, tried deleting controller folder and verifying.

Sorry, I mean the keyboard works - just not in AMS when the controller is on. If I turn it off then the keyboard functions work. Weird.
