Kansai Single Race Runtime/CTD

Creating a single Race on both the long and short Japanese track results in Runtime errors. CTD or app crashes in Windows 10

Test Day is fine.

I experienced the same today with F-Reiza 24 cars

I have also noticed an issue as with my mod whenever I load Kansai, It defauts to chassis config 2 as set in the upgrades.ini and yet I dont have the trackconfigbase.ini setup to force it to change.
