Edit: I'll send SS later, but this is found in the game files under 2021 asset groups, anyone that owns 21 can access this so therefore it's allowed, im just sending this to RD for easier download

Ignore Steven he just likes causing trouble and acting like RD is his kingdom and everything should be his way.
Everything you are doing is allowed because thanks to braking point you can acess the F2 2019 F2 2020, F1 2020 and F1 2021 files withing the 2021 game (that's why I managed to make so many faces for my mod).
Just keep doing what you are doing because you are doing an amazing job.
