You will have to wait until one of the site admins give you the freemium rights.
In the meanwhile you can add your name under the profile tab (which is required btw)

Yes, I will put a TBA just like I did with mine. Just make sure to let me know 3 hours in advance of the event, as I have to pre-assign the car to you in the server.
