ItemRotator - Item rotation on all axises

[LCtrl]+[Mouse] Horizontal and Vertical rotation
[LCtrl]+[LShift]+[Mouse] Rolling and Vertical rotation

Known issues:

• Turning the mouse wheel after using this function to return to the initial angle.
• Engine-block can not be rotated.

Please update this mod, the other available rotation mod from another creator is very prone to problems and breaking mid-session, This mod on the other hand worked perfectly, when it was up to date.
