is it possible to create and sell skins with original logos?

Hi guys,
I'm an artist and I am experimenting with new possibilities for my creative flair.
Short story, I'm afraid regarding copyright breaking.
Can I make a random sponsored skin? Can I also sell it?

Example: I make a skin for the Ferrari 488 GT3 EVO with 75th Ferrari anniversary with all the logos the same as the F1 but on the 488. Can I do it without problems? Could I sell it without running into penalties?

Could someone explain to me how it works? Thank you

You can't sell liveries with logos of real companies if you don't have their permission.

There is an entire database on this website giving away for free such skins. See downloads/mods.
Sponsor logo's in the default livery creation mode are limited to the license of ACC (so Fanatec, etc.) so it is still a grey area but it is tolerated. Officially it is a no no but many skin creators add an optional paypal donation link to their creation.

Long story short: no you can't but some grey areas exist.
