why does my ip got banned ? i didnt do anything at all, any suggestions on how I can still use the website without using vpn ?

I just took a look - there seems to have been some abuse (in the past) which caused one of the admins to put a block in place. I've now removed that block.
Please let us know if you hit any further problems.
