An exciting new Assetto Corsa Competizione Esports series has been announced - the G2 Racing Series Powered by TRUEFORCE.
If you are the type of busy person who wants to compete in a top level esport series, but you don't have the capacity to a commit to a long-running championship, the new G2 Racing Series Powered by TRUEFORCE might be the answer you are looking for.
Having recently announced the latest new series to take place on the Assetto Corsa Competizione platform, G2 Esports have put together a short, sharp and exciting new series for players to race against each other using the mighty BMW brand within the title - the very first official racing series to be hosted on our Simracing.GP platform.

How To Take Part
Registrations for the series are free to all players, and open on Monday 12th October: click here
Registered drivers will need to set a hotlap qualification time at the Monza Circuit. Four hotlap servers will be available every evening from 17:00 UTC - 06:00 UTC. Drivers must set at least one lap in one of these sessions to be eligible for promotion to the next round.
When Are The Races?
The new series is set to consist of a mix of online hotlap leaderboard qualifications and knockout race events.
From Wednesday 14th to Sunday 18th October drivers will have the opportunity to set a qualification time at the Monza Circuit, with the fastest 40 drivers moving forward to the Semi-Final stages of the competition.
Semi-Final 1 will take place on the evening of Wednesday 21st October, Semi-Final 2 on Friday 23rd October and the series finale will happen on Sunday 25th October - cars, tracks and timings to be confirmed in due course.
Each semi-final will be a mini championship with points awarded to the top 10 drivers and pole position drivers. The top 10 drivers with the most points at the end of the event will be promoted to the online final. In the event of a tie for points the position will be decided by the driver with the fastest overall qualifying time across both qualifying sessions.
What Cars and Software Will Be Used?
The new series will make use of the Assetto Corsa Competizione racing simulation, and thanks to the partnership with BMW is set to feature the challenging BMW M6 GT3.

Competition winners can expect to receive a VIP experience in Berlin, as well as a share of the 3750 Euro prize pool on offer throughout the series.
