Intake restrictions as a setup option?

Would be nice to know if could do intake restrictions as a setup option, like LFS, because it allowed league balancing of car performance!

And/or weight penalties, which traditionally have been less contentious in the real world. We're halfway to a full SRO BoP system! The purists will not be pleased...
