Cars In Search of a Bugatti Veyron Car Mod That Actually Works Properly

I tried searching this site, but every single link I found is dead. I have found a total of 3 Veyron mods on the web, 2 of which are the exact same mod and have no sounds, and 1 of which won't shift properly between 2nd and 3rd gears. I'm new to this game, so I don't have the expertise to fix mods. Two questions; 1). Why aren't there dozens of Veyron mods available, and 2). if there are, why is it such a clandestine secret?

Please disregard, I finally found one. Not a fan of the custom horn on it (it should be on another car mod, like, literally the only car that should have that specific horn but does not), but at least it shifts properly.
