Improved Cameras

- Improved Nose Cam and added new TV Cam! (You can move the camera position so that you no longer see the halo)
- Disabled rain drop on the camera lenses.

Disabled Camera Shakes
------------------------
- This Mod will disable all faked onboard camera shake effects on all '24 onboard cameras included nose- and wing cam.

The camera shake settings in the menu should have no effect anymore. But it's prefered to set this in the camera menu...

The halo cannot be removed. You must change the camera position & rotation until you no longer see the halo. The new TV Cam 2 make this possible. The original real TV Cam 1 is not changed BTW!
