Impossible to scroll categories download menu on IOS

On both my iPad and iPhone it’s impossible to scroll the download categories menu. That hasn’t always been the case. Sometimes it’s like the page in the background is scrolling instead of the menu. F1 2017 is as far as I can see on the drop down menu

Also, which browser(s) have you tried, and were they up to date?

It’s both Chrome and Safari. Everything is updated.

OK, I'm clueless then I'm afraid. When I test it in both Firefox and Chrome in "responsive mode" set to emulate iPad and iPhone, it works perfectly.
Maybe @Dave Stephenson or @Bram Hengeveld can help?
