Ignore topic/forum option

Since the new F1 game, 80% of new posts are related to it. Makes it easy for posts you want to read get lost in the noise.

Is there an ignore topic function, or mod for vBulletin? So that everything you ignore is not shown in the New Posts page.
If there is such a thing, is there enough interest in it, so it can be considered useful?

I know there have been issues with the forum lately, not all mods are even back yet (Thank you button, we miss you!), this is just a thought I had for the past couple of days.


Also, on an unrelated note, how are online users on the bottom of the page sorted? It's not alphabetically, it's not based on last activity time...

We are taking it easy with the mods, because we don't want to stress the board, we will take a look into it

It is based on the activity in the last 15 minutes, not alphabetically sorted anymore indeed. Thats too server intensive with a high number of visitors.

It's not the activity either, clicked on a random couple of people, 5, 9, 13, 11 minutes ago. It's driving me nuts
