Idea for a mod

Hello i have a idea for a mod for the original rFactor my idea is called JGTC Factor the main reason i created this idea because of the lack of Super GT/JGTC mods for the original rFactor there are still mods based on the series but mostly are Super GT based in my idea the mod goes from the seasons of 1994 to 2000 of JGTC if someone has the skills to develop a mod please do it because i really want a JGTC based mod for the original rFactor
